Is it fair that a guy can't go to college because he didn't run fast enough in gym class while the sport jocks who picked on him get to go on with their lives?  It's illegal to kill people, but it's also illegal for a court to absolve a default dad from child support payments, even if it's not his.  Desperate people turn to guns to solve problems and I have news for you: we live in desperate times!
