Does anyone else think flirting is a cheap act?

Or is it just me? I just think flirting is very desperate and there is other ways to get along with the person you like without flirting.

I dont know what you understand by the word "flirting" but as far as i am aware it is either harmless fun or a simple way of testing the water when approaching a desired other with your affections.

the only way it is cheap is if it is bordering on sexual harassment, which is a totally different thing altogether.

Well, I think flirting should be down in a proper way. Sometimes it can be very fun and enjoyable for both people.
