that you have to pay $9.95 for the upgrade to the ipod touch and ipod phone?

Like really, what kind of company makes you pay for upgrades? I love my ipod touch...but it's definitely going to be the LAST mac product I buy.

Completely ridiculous we payed $200+ for the thing. We are at least entitled to an upgrade which iphone users get for free.

but you can also download it for free from other sites.

You don't have to pay if you have the 'ipod phone'. It is free. It's only for the iPod Touch which you have to pay.
