i work their and unfortunately most of my colleagues are only interested in hitting sales targets and we get punished for customers mistakes. its problems at the top office that cause it

Too right went to get account address changed and all they wanted to do was sell me another phone. selfish un-helpfull  B******

Phones4U are generally c**p, not just with after-sales. And the adverts don't make you want to buy a phone, they make you want to hit that man, preferably with a big ol' beast of a phone.
