To me, this person sounds like a frustrated closet g*y man (not that there is anything wrong with that... to each their own ) who can't come out, or is afraid to come out and is pissed off at the world about who only knows what!  Dismiss his comments and ignore him.  Reporting him only engages him and gives him the reaction he is looking for.
