Does anyone else think this was embarrassing/mean?! =/

My friend & I were taking the subway when my phone rang, I reached in my purse to grab it (let go of the bar things) right when the bus made a quick stop. I lost balance and fell on a sharp-looking guy to my right. I blushed and apologized profusely but he laughed. My friend said "omg, that's embarrassing." Then the guy said "yaa, that's really embarrassing hah?!?" <<<and he meant it..
