  1. Tiger is intense.  If you don't like his words watch golf with the volume off.  If you have ever played golf you know that almost everyone uses bad language.

Do you think Jesus should be reprimanded for his consatant loving?  Tiger is golf's saviour.

  2. Put down the bong, dude. The PGA is not gonna f--k with their meal-ticket over a few "bad words". Tiger could murder a toddler on the 1st tee and noone in the PGA would make a peep.

  3. no, i think it gets blown out of proportion.  he's a professional athlete, not a teacher.  so he gets a little angry when he hits a bad shot... big deal.  there are players out there much worse than him.  it's not like he's cursing at fans or other players

  4. f*** no...  it is just words...  if you think about it, how are "bad" words really all that bad.  If people would get over their self created "profane" concept of them, they would just be regular words.  And they do have good meaning when used properly :)

  5. He may very well have been fined and reprimanded. But no one will ever know. The PGA Tour does not give out information on its fines and reprimands. The only way we know is if the players themselves reveal the information -- and the PGA Tour still won't confirm them.

But for a guy who's worth a billion dollars, what could they possibly do that would make him pay attention? And then there's the fact that the Tour needs Tiger more than Tiger needs the Tour.

  6. Yes he should be reprimanded. Unlike other sports, there is much more focus on the individual, especially Tiger. There are more and more kids getting influenced by him.

Also, he has a kids foundation. What kind of kids foundation has its CEO swearing all the time?

  7. How do you know he hasn't been already.  And by the way who cares!

  8. Whats wrong with English?

  9. I certainly don't think he is setting a great example for youngins with his temper tantrums, but he more than makes up for it with his foundation.  I also think it kind of makes him look like a jerk when he freaks out as much as he does, but I guess it is just in his nature and likely impossible for him to control in the heat of the moment.  In any event, he rules.

  10. No. Sometimes if a player is annoyed, whether at their own shot or a photographer, they'll let one go. But, for the most part, golfers are nice to fans. There are rare exceptions, but it doesn't happen very often.

Do you think an athlete in any sport should be reprimanded for something like that? C'mon, man. You have to be smarter than that.

  11. What do you care? It doesn't pick your pocket or break your leg.

  12. Hi,

NO !! He is passionate about his profession - unlike some sports stars who clearly are happy plodding along yet still earn a staggering amount of money.
