Yes & No.  

Drinking will make a person more social where they may be more inclined to talk (or for example express their feelings about say liking another guy/girl).

But, on the other hand.....

Blackout drunk as a skunk words (assuming they are understandable by another person) are not necessarily what one's "true" sober thoughts are.

Alcohol is a tricky thing, it makes you feel good (up/high)  ....  but it's a classified depressant.  

Therefore, how can you trust words uttered under the influence of a substance that contradicts itself?

yeah well for the people that are always lying and only tell the truth when they are drunk

Sometimes it depends how drunk someone is.

However I do believe that drunken words can be sober thoughts eg. I can think things when Im sober that I wouldnt say out loud, but when Im drunk I'll say them!

Yes because being drunk gives most people a back bone it makes you say and act in a manner if you where sober you wouldn't be able to, it gives you that exact push to admitt your feeling and emotions.

alot of the times, I can talk with people better when we're drunk.

and we've said that before, drunken words are sober thoughts.

cause I'll just say anything that I wouldn't normally say, sometimes they're good sober thoughts and sometimes they aren't, but I'm always talking to a drunk person so they just keep talking with me.

It depends on how drunk.

There is a stage where everything suddenly becomes so clear... and you can still talk coherently.

Eh sometimes. But not really cause one time I was trippin out hella hard and I told my best friend it was my job to protect her and all this c**p, cause of this fight at the party we were at.
