Does anyone else want to know where the most environmentally friendly town and city in the world are?

and does anyone else want to know what they did get that way, how they did it without ruining their economies, (which they naturally would have to avoid), and what they did that helped the enviroment and the economy?

londons new green zone is supposed to be opened in 2010and its to be the first large scale city. with a combined heat and power plant that turns wood chips into electricity and hot water, with extra juice from solar panels and wind. car and bike clubs will lower commuting emissions. the articles in time magazine this month
