Does anyone ever get in trouble for downloading things off rapidshare...??? ?

I'm not sure if something i saw on rapidshare is legal or not........ if it does happen to be illegal, would i get in trouble for downloading it? Or do they just pursue the people who share the files?

If you get in trouble for filesharing and such, is it usually because of the sharing? Or can it be because of the downloading too?

And sorry for bringing this around in circles but i am specifically asking about rapidshare or a similar site?

Yes all the time its a file sharing  program my friend just got busted .
