yes but usually absolutely nothing happens.

Yes and it can be quite disconcerting.Anticipation and for something we don't know of as yet. This is a perplexing and odd way to suddenly feel,mostly because it makes one feel anxious and they are not sure what to expect.Don't know what one could do to prevent those feelings.

Perhaps the butterfly tummy flips could be affliction to some romantic side-effects!?

Its usualy 'gut instinct' that warns you about a situation!?

Or development to certain degree of intuition coupled with logic!?
