Does anyone ever hear things that no one else hears?

Like for example: A boom or something like that? I wonder if I have good hearing.

 i hear voices calling my name, when im home alone. i recently awoke to two loud crashes on separate occassions this year and i ask my family members and they're like no we didn hear nothing
