  1. not round here they arent. They would be doing cartwheels of joy!

  2. It sounds as though you ought to get going - join a gym, do the housework, go swimming, do a good deed for a friend. Stop thinking about your kids - they'll be back in no time and then you will wish you had some peace & quiet!!

  3. No, mine don't go back till 2nd and although its nice not to have to get them sorted each morning while they are on holiday, it is still good to get back into a routine.

  4. well i am not a parent but i know my mom can't wait until we go back.. which is on the 19th. tommorow!! ) =

  5. Bring on the 2nd September!

The first day of primary school is always hard as your babies are growing up but next september you won't even think about it, you'll be looking forward to getting back in a routine

  6. I think my Mum was like that, she loooves the 6 weeks holidays, and makes it brilliant for us.  I'm home schooled so its okay for me for her (if you understand =p ) but my little brother is going to secondary school soon, which is the one that really went wrong for me, but is meant to be good for boys

So she doesn't want him to go back to school,

  7. This will be my first "back to school" with my 4 year old and its in 2 weeks..I am a bit apprehensive as Ihave loved having her back at at home...so I may feel a bit low...many parents can't wait for it though! I think it is people like you and me who often homeschool...but I dont think I could do her justice.
