  1. I feel sorry for the next person to ask a green bay packers or brett favre question

  2. i dont hes done a nice job of keeping himself out of the spotlight. if youve noticed aaron has been talked about a little bit but the main stories and foucus are on packersmanagment and brett.

  3. If you don't then you don't have a heart. The packers fans were yelling favre during the practice. Brett should have just never retired and then still have a starting job with the cheese heads.

  4. Why because he's getting paid to ride the bench? So, what players who play the game love the game and they want to get on the field and PLAY. Just like Favre, turned down 20 million to come back and play. I bet Aaron Rodgers, would take the pay cut that comes with being a second round pick to not be drafted by Green bay and have chance to play.

  5. What is there to feel sorry about. When ever the person you are replacing a legend, you will deal with some heat. That is how it was with Steve Young, that is how it will be for him.

  6. Nothing to be sorry about.

Favre snuck out the back door today and left before practice started.

That obviously means he in no longer a Packer.

He should be headed for the Vikings in the next few days.

So Rodgers will be the starter in Green Bay.

He is in the last year of his contract.

So, he will go out and kick butt this season, and then, he will either get a huge contract from the Packers, or another team.

I personally think he should go to another team and leave the Packers with no good QBs at all.

It would serve them right for jerking him around with all this "Favre" c**p for the last 3 years.

They wanted him to be the starter last year, but were intimidated by the media and fan backlash they would get.

  7. I don't. He should do what's best for his team and let the better QB play.

  8. yea i fell real sorry. i would hate to be a nfl quarterback being paid millions of dollars to ride the bench.

comom don't feel sorry for him

  9. Why feel sorry for him? He isnt feeling sorry for himself, he is the only one between him and Brett that said cool to competing for the starting job. Brett is the one who said that wont work for him. I feel sorry for Favre, obviously he feels threatened by Rodgers or he would be a man and say "Bring it on!" I mostly feel sorry for the entire team, Favre put his best interests in front of what is best for the Packers, the 53 guys that will make up this years team deserve better than the circus atmosphere that Brett created. He to this very moment has not one time said he was committed to playing this season, either commit or stay retired.....it really is that simple. Enough is enough already and credit to Rodgers for being a good teammate and keeping his mouth shut. That is what a good leader does....one would assume Favre already knew this! I save my pity for Brett Favre, after all that the franchise has done for him on a personal level it is disgraceful how he has repaid the support the Packers organization gave him when his dad died, wife got cancer and brother in law got killed. Most teams give the guy the 3 day bereavement and want them to "get over it", they are paid handsomely to do a job and the Pack went way beyond the owed courtousy, way to pay them back there Brett!
