Does anyone feel that on miley cyrus's records she talks more then sings?

Her songs are more diffrent than hannah she trying to get to a rock attitude, i like it she sounds awsome, who cares if her voice is stingy i like it steel because its what makes her diffrent than other girls.

In some songs... yes definitely! But in others, not necessarily. Anyways I do agree with you in some points for example "Bottom of the Ocean" love that song! But in some parts she sounds like she is talking more...
