Does anyone feel the same way...?

Tht ur fine when ur with people and when u wake up but at night just going to sleep, u start thinking negatively, like about death and things tht u regret and get depressed about life etc (not every night tho) ?

  1. i do sometimesthink like that whilst im going to sleep yeah. when im on my own these horrible thoughts come into my head like how would i cope if the worst happened to someone n just shite like that but i just shrug it off lol no point worrying about these things life is for living not for preparing for death!!!

  2. No but I have done in the past when the world seemed like it was always against me and things are goin c**p.

    I always found that positive thinking, and making a goal, or a plan which is different and exciting helps as it gives you something else which is a positive to focus on in bed at night.

    it when i wake up i think "**** its day AGAIN"

  7. yeah i know where you are coming from... half of the time it doesn't even make a difference if i am with people or not :/

  8. Sometimes I get extremely depressed with the idea of death, however, I just learned to not think about it... Thinking about death = a waste of my time.

    Just try to have a good time and enjoy life; even though negative thoughts are there, just let them be there and go do something productive/fun! :)

  10. Yes. Althought it's every night for me. Judging by everyone elses answers.. maybe there's something wrong with us.

    When I'm at school I feel fine (I guess) but then when I'm just about to goto sleep I cry. How pathetic is that.  

  11. Yes. It's common for many, many people at night to dwell on their worries and worry more than usual, because it's quiet and it allows for these negative thoughts to infiltrate your mind. You're not the only one who does this. Try using this website to help you get a better night's sleep!

  12. Occasionally.  Though sometimes my mind wanders off when I'm with people as well.
