  1. Wrong...? yes...shocking?...no...The media and powerful companies have always scratched the backs or politicians....for reasons we dont have time to get into

  2. the last time the democrats controlled both houses of congress in the 70's at&t was broken up under democrat sponsored anti trust charges. a new crowd is running at&t today, where they're going to ,go hand in hand, is anyones guess. the democrats have long influenced and controlled the print and tv media, why not the publics communications networks (the phone company) ! if they can control what we see and hear, why not hear and control what we say as well.! i'm not saying that the liberals are leaning so far left that they're commies or anything, but have you wondered what carl icahn, a communist party member from australia and media controlling billionare, wants to do, when he finally has control of yahoo  ?do i hear any lights clicking on out there ?

since they helped bush spy on american citizens without cause, I would have thought they would have been doing the GOP convention...and besides they are a major multinational big corporation...and we know that the people who own most of their stocks and run those companies are republicans anyway and have profited greatly from the Bush presidency.

  5. Why does prostitution surprise you?

    It's nothing new.

Edit to Jesswzfm: The greatest portion of ATT stock is owned by  pension funds and mutual funds. Pension funds are, for the most part, owned and run by Unions.

    Get my drift?

  6. Not at all. It is likely a thank you gift for voting for the FISA amendment.

  7. They need to sponser something...their profits are falling faster then a fat man in flight...
