Raw and by itself just in chunks or whole?  Sorry, not me.  But if you mix in some spices, like a nice curry powder, it makes a wonderful dip for chips or raw vegetables.  Or add some avocado and salsa for a very nice guacamole.

It can be cut into chunks, frozen, thawed and put into soup.  It is great!
