Question:

Does anyone find very d**n hard to wake up from bed in the morning? i feel like, i want to sleep more at that?

juncture, as i feel that during the morning time its more comfortable to sleep, and i missed out certain comfortable positions during sleep time at night, and end up waking up with my dad banging my door. unsatisfied, sleeping on 2 buses and 1 train on my way to work and everyday turning up late to work sucks.. it spoils the relationship and impression from my superiors as well as my colleagues, and today, i wanted to sleep.. so i said ma dad, am on off and i texted my boss said them am on a sick leave, though i havent gone to see the doctor yet, time is 15:45 hrs at here. ryan - singapore..

  1. We all feel that way of course!! No one wants to get up when they know they have to.Have you ever noticed when you know that you CAN sleep in you can't seem to get back to sleep?lol,it's all mental.

  3. just go to bed early at night, and try to get 9 hours of sleep if thats what your body wants, then everybody will be happy.

It sounds like you might not be getting enough sleep and that is why it is so hard to get up on time in the morning.  Perhaps you should try going to bed 30-60 minutes earlier at night and see if that will help.  I've read so many articles that say many people are very sleep deprived, so maybe that includes you.
