Does anyone get a numb face and tounge with migraine?

when i get a headache/migraine i get a numb face and tounge? any1 else get this or is it just me

yeh i get migrans and i have the one where you get the lights and then one side of my body goes numb and my head it horrible but normal

My daughter gets hemiplegic migraine when her right arm is paralysed and she can't speak. She takes propanolol which has greatly reduced the number and severity of her migraines. Ask your doctor about it.

The side of my head/face gets numb when I get my severe migraines.
