  1. I don't believe in breeding personally because there are already to many pets in the world.  I just think that it is irresponsible.  When you ask a question you have to expect that you will get some answers that you don't like.  If you don't like the answers you get then don't ask those kind of questions.  Pets should be spayed or neutered.  Not bred.

  2. Most of the people asking deserve the lectures.

A lot of the answerers here are people who run or volunteer at shelters & rescue groups. They're the ones who see the costs of breeding every day. The "breeders" can just sell the animals and forget about it, but the shelter workers are the ones who pick up the pieces.

  3. No, because most people shouldn't be breeding.

  4. well I no there trying to help but, when we ask a question we want real answers that help us not people saying you shouldn't do that go adopt i mean if some ones wants to breed there going to so you should tell them how not lecture them cause its not going to stop them it will just make them breed animals wrong because no one helps them by answring the questins yess it gets on my nerves

oh it also gets on my nerves when your pets sick and you ask on here whay to do to make it better and they say  TAKE IT TO THE VET NOW i mean we no to do that but maybe people cant pay for the vet so dont tell them  TAKE IT TO THE VET  tell us how to make it feel better or at least try to help i mean why say TAKE IT TO THE VET  pointless people no's to do that

  5. Conversely, people who know about these small animals get sick of people breeding them and then asking basic questions. If you know what you need to to breed an animal you will most likely not be getting your information here. Most people should NOT be breeding their animals.

As for the vet issue - a shocking number of people post here with very sick animals who need a vet, yet think they can get a free answer. If you cannot afford the vet, you cannot afford the pet. In many places, not providing veterinary care is a crime.

In both cases, these responses are motivated by concern for the animal. Perhaps it is not of interest to you but you should at least appreciate the care that strangers have for your animal.

  6. well i breed gerbil and i have tried to answer any gerbil questions I can, so if you what a gerbil answer i be more that happy to help, but to be truthful if you going to get a pet of any type you should always tried to find every thing out before hand, (i sexing)

But i hope that i help one or two people fix there mistakes!

  7. No because many of the people are very ill informed about breeding. They either don't know that what they are trying to breed together is imppossible, like a dwarf hamster and a syrian, or have little to know knowledge of possibly lethal genetics.

Often times the answers are not lectures but full of info that if taken correctly could lead the person to more research and then on to responsibly breeding.

Also if you don't want a lecture how about doing your own darn research through books, web pages and real trusted certified breeders instead of coming on here? If you want to be lazy and ask on here fine, but you give up your right to complain about lectures.

  8. totally, not breeding but about my dog i asked one about my dog who was pooping all over the house and this girl was like you need a crate take it outside dont vbe lazy i mean come on she dont even know me

  9. tottaly   I ask 1 question and i get an answer to like 5!
