Yeah, Open High School does send out work. It is a very good course and actually goes towards your schooling.

However, if you're not interested, you should call the JSC. I got it mixed up, i'm going to another school for my intensive course, not this one. I now think it MIGHT be for people who speak Japanese at home. But, you can try calling them.
