Does anyone go to body combat?

i have been going for 4 weeks now! but the thing is i am doing weightwatchers aswell and i still not losing weight! i know you may say that i am toning up, but am i ? i love the feeling when my stomach is aching all week when i laugh or cough cause i know that i have worked it! but my clothe aren't ant loser. when will i notice do you think?

  1. You're losing fat but gaining muscle. You may actually gain weight and mass.


  2. Give it another month or two. The effects will become visible soon.

    What martial art do you practice? And how do you practice? (eg. lots of physical movement or more to do with techniques and locks?) And how often?

    You could also try joining a gym.

  3. well muscle is heavier than fat if you put on lotsof muscle while losing fat your weight wont change to much.
