Does anyone happen to know from where is this phone number: 2348028510816?

i keep getting this wierd phone number, calling me instantly on my cell phone, at midnight 3am, all the time and i call back and it rings and a beeping noise comes in an d a lady picks up and cant hardly understand her, and she just picks up and hangs up right away! ITS ANNOYING...anyone by anychance know anything>?

234 is the prefix for Nigeria, West Africa.  The 8 is the city code. I believe the others numbers represent the personal phone number of the caller.

Well...the first three digits, "234", could be the country code for Nigeria.  That would leave a three digit area code, "802" and a seven digit phone number, "851-0816".

I can't guarantee that's the case, but it's possible.

If I were you, I'd stop calling that number and check with your individual carrier as to where the call is originating.  If it IS Nigeria, and you've been calling it back, you're gonna get slammed with international charges if you don't have an international plan.  Perhaps if you call your carrier you can get credited for those charges if that's the case.

234 is the prefix for Nigeria, West Africa. The 8 is the city code. The other numbers are like the last 7 digits in our numbers.. the local number. So basicily you are getting calls at 3 am because of a different time zone. Also, call 311 and report harassment. They will block the number, and find out what is going on: Nigeria or not, she shouldn't be doing that.
