Does anyone happen to know if THE ZAKEN CORPORATION is real?

I have been contacted by tens of business opportunity offerers which I don't really mind and here is a recent one which I decided to bring to verify at this yahoo community. This company poses to be The Zaken Corporation. It appears they are located in Thousand Oaks ,CA. Can anyone tell me if this company exists for real? That's all I need.

The ZAken Corp is a rip off work at home Corp that takes your money, then asks for more and they get rich while you get poor.

I don't know much about them but I know that they are real because a few acquaintances have mentioned doing business with them, but from what I hear they are pretty shady.  Everytime I have heard the name it was in a negative way.  I wish I could tell you more but you should definately look into it more.
