had defective earpiece. took back to the apple store i bought it in cash. was told no problem, just pay a restocking fee. I had to throw a fit like a two year old just to get a working product.
since then, problem after problem, after freeze, and crash, after complete crash needing restore! OMG, and emailing them. LOL, they cant even answer a question! I literally have to push the skip track button five times before it skips! this is a daily occurrence. Itunes it a joke... being honest and paying for music has made me a slave to my ipod! This is no way to run a business! honestly, i felt better when i stole music off the net and used a cheap Korean mp3 player! atleast when a throw it across the room i can afford to buy another for $20! so much for honestly!
