So for the 123 indicators, I don't know if I'm reading it right. I've been putting it in my eye for 6 months already but my friend told me I've been doing it wrong the whole time.

Do you read the 123 from the inside out, so when the contact lens is on the tip of your finger and you are looking directly at it, it says 123? Or is it inverted when you look at it that way? The diagram on the box says you see "123" the right way when you're looking at it through the side... but that's not very clear.

  1. You should look at it from the SIDE and see "123".  Don't look from the inside out.

And if you've been wearing them wrong for 6 months, I think you would have noticed.  I wear this type of contact and if I put them in inside-out, they irritate my eyes and fall out anytime I rub them.

  2. If you hold the lens on your finger, you should be able to read the 123 from the outside of the lens, if you look down into the lens like looking into a cereal bowl, the numbers will be backward.

  3. Imagine the lens being on your eye...the 123 should look correct for someone looking at you.
