Does anyone have SONY RDR-HXD870 DVD Recorder?

Need to know how you change channels in tv guide.

Usually you can use the scroll buttons to switch up and down and then enter, you need to be on the correct time though. However I've had system hang on me before and the only way I can get it to work is to swtich it off and back on again. It is also sometimes slow to respond to commands which makes my partner very frustrated - it's funny to watch as it catches up and does all his manic presses as he swears at it :)
