Does anyone have a BT Vision box? ?

I've had nothing but problems with mine. I was wondering if its just me or do other people have problems too?

ours appears to be fine except we can only get on demand. where we live we cant recieve freeview without using the sky box. but havent had any problems other than that.

call them and tell them, give them h**l and demand to speak to a superviser! dont let it go till they fix it or give you your money back!
