Does anyone have a BT hubphone?

If anyone uses a BT hubphone, is the volume coming out of the internal speaker very quiet. Mine is set on full volume and i can't hear it above the TV.

I,ve got one mines just the same must be some stupid formula to change it only given number to telephone sales people and ex husband so don,t really care anyway! Sorry ring BT £25.00 an answer
