Does anyone have a Kodak easyshare cx4300 ?

I just bought this camera Put batteries in it. The only thing that comes up is (Camera needs service E10 ) Does anyone know what this means. The Kodak Co. doesn't even know what is means. I used the Energizer Lithium batteries. Do I have to use a certain kind.
