Does anyone have a PDF manual/installation instruction sheet for Monte Carlo ceiling fan model #MC13RB?

The link on the Monte Carlo site is broken. They are not open today. The PDF appears to be named MC13.pdf.

We are looking for the instructions because the fan just stopped working, and we can't figure out why. Anyone else ever dealt with this problem with a Monte Carlo fan? How did you fix it?

I was able to get to their web site.  They are open only Monday through Friday, 9 to 6 Eastern time.      1-800-519-4092
