Its a bear that reads stories, i want to get one for my daughter but i want to know what they are like first....

How old is your daughter? My 4 and 2 year old brothers absolutely love it. They talk to it and treat it like any doll, except it  talks back to them. It does depend on your daughter's taste in toys, though.

I haven't got one but from waht I've seen of them there pretty cool. Target have them for under $30au.

Where I am in country Vic they still had heaps left at our Target store. They do look great, a family had just bought one as we walked in and their little boy already had it out and was playing with it. It looked cool!!

For that price I don't think you could go wrong, not much to loose. The books are on special too!

My three kids love it.  They got it for Christmas and I used it to tell stories when I am cooking of if one of the kids is sick I set it up in their room to tell them stories all day in bed.  I love it.

bugger. I was wondering the same thing myself and never thought to ask here lol, was going to get one in the big target sale but couldn't decide, so didn't...bet they don't have any left now...

I'm not sure if it was me or a friend who had a Teddy Ruxspin, but I remember him being pretty good, so I suppose it's much the same?

(the target catalogue had the books on sale too...)

We got our LO one for Christmas. The stories are hard to find. I wouldn't advise buying one unless you know where to buy the stories to go along. We have yet to find them.

I too am interested in this toy but with the lady who said they at target they are supposed to be i live in nsw and rang every single target even the ones 4 hours away and everyone was sold out they are sooo hard to get especially at that price.

I think they are a fantastic idea everyone i know or told i wanted one for my lil man who is two said it is a fantastic presant for them and they just have a ball. Good luck with it i know im still searching for one.
