alright so I am overweight and would like to shed a few pounds and maybe tone some muscle. I don't want anyone saying just go to a gym or go out running, I bought a wii fit meaning i am a gamer and don't get much excercise, plus i feel more comfortable working out at home alone. anyways I am aleady eating healthy and am trying to figure out a routine so that I can shed some wheight. I am thinking yoga for warm up, aerobics one day (cardio) strength the next then yoga to cool off and then possibly some balance games to improve my posture which isn't all that bad. anyways workout times would be appreciated aswell as suggestions for a better workout routine.
