Question:

Does anyone have a canning recipe for hot peppers & wieners?

I have one but after you ladle into the jars it just says to "seal" - does this mean the jars will seal on their own or do I need to pressure can them since it does have meat or is it just a water bath? Please help because I am getting overrun with peppers this year!

  1. If you don't have a pressure canner then I would boil the jars in a water bath for about 30 minutes to insure they will seal.
