Does anyone have a code to make my layout flash or blink back and forth??

ive looked around for a code but i cant seem 2 find it pls help!

Not sure if its what you want but you could use the blink html code

Example:

<p><blink>Hello</blink></p>

This will flash "Hello"

There are blink codes for text and JavaScript to get text or images to flash.
