  1. NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

    1 lb. milk chocolate

    4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate

    2 c. Rice Krispies

    2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate. You can use a microwave, too. Stir in the Rice Krispies and pecans. Remove from heat and drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets or trays covered with wax paper. Let stand until hardened. Refrigeration speeds up hardening. Makes 5 dozen. Tastes like candy.

    PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPY TREATS

    1 cup white Karo syrup

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup peanut butter

    5 cups Rice Krispies

Bring syrup and sugar to a slow boil. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Use tablespoon to drop onto wax paper. Treats will harden as they cool.

    PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE RICE

    KRISPIE TREATS

    6 c. Cocoa Rice Krispies

    1 c. Karo syrup

    1 c. sugar

    1 1/2 c. peanut butter

    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa

Mix Karo syrup, sugar, and cocoa; bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over cereal and press into a greased 9x13 inch pan.

hope these help.               good luck and enjoy.

  2. You can take a regular Oatmeal Cookie recipe and substitute some of the oatmeal in the recipe with your rice krispies.  It really makes a nice cookie.  You bake one or 2 cookies at a time until you have enough rice krispies in it to mound.  It makes a nice crunchy cookie.  I've even done it with Special K.

  3. MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT

    3 egg whites

    1 c. sugar

    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

    1 c. crushed Rice Krispies

    1/2 c. walnuts, cut up

    1 pt. whipping cream

    1/2 c. powdered sugar

2 tbsp. vanilla pudding (not instant)

    3/4 c. flaked coconut

2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, well drained

Make crust of first 5 ingredients. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool well. Whip cream; add powdered sugar, pudding, coconut and oranges. Spread on baked crust. Refrigerate overnight.
