  1. My own recipe for fajitas, so I don't use exact measurements. I combine the following:

Juice from 2 or 3 limes

    Salt and pepper

    3 cloves minced garlic

    1 minced jalapeno

    cumin (a palm full)

    chopped fresh cilantro (1/2 bunch)

    olive oil (about 1/4 cup)

I whick all those together and let the meat sit in it for a couple of hours. Then throw it on a hot grill. I also put my peppers and sliced onions on the grill too..just brush first with some olive oil. Slice everything up nad put in warm tortillas..YUM!

  2. Allegro is an awesome marinade for fajita meat. It can be found in the supermarket on the condiment/dressing/marinade aisle. I use it on beef, chicken, pork, veggies. SOOOOO good!

  3. I usually marinade my meat for the fajitas in italian salad dressing and it comes out wonderfull .
