  2. Use teriyaki sauce add minced orange skin and orange liquor.  cook this sauce by it self

  3. I have a couple, here they are.

Here’s one that really looks close:

Made with chile paste and orange juice, this recipe for Orange Chicken is great for busy weeknights.

    Serves 4

    Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken b*****s, cut into 1-inch cubes

    Marinade:

    1 tablespoon dry sherry

    1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (corn flour)

    Sauce:

    1/3 cup orange juice*

    2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    1 teaspoon brown sugar

    1/4 teaspoon chile paste

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 slice ginger, minced

    Oil for stir-frying

    Directions:

Place the cubed chicken in a bowl, and add the marinade ingredients. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce ingredients and the garlic and ginger.

Heat the wok and add oil.  When oil is ready, add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until aromatic.

Add the chicken and stir-fry until it changes color.  Push up to the sides of the wok, making a well in the middle. Add the sauce.

Combine the sauce and the chicken. Stir-fry for another minute and serve hot.

*If you find the orange flavor too overpowering, try substituting a combination of orange juice and water to make 1/3 cup.

    Here’s one I found one foodnetwork.com that’s really close:

    Grilled Orange Chicken Fingers

    Recipe courtesy EatingWell.com

Serve with carrot sticks and dip and kids will love this meal: they can eat everything with their fingers. The simple, sweet glaze for the chicken can be whipped up fast; marinating time is just 15 minutes and the marinade caramelizes deliciously on the grill.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken b*****s, trimmed of fat

    1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    1 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange-juice concentrate, thawed

    1 1/2 tablespoons honey

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    Salt to taste

Cut chicken crosswise into 3/4-inch-wide strips. Whisk together mustard, orange-juice concentrate, honey, sesame oil and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the chicken and toss to combine. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat grill or broiler. Lightly oil rack or coat with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the chicken strips from the marinade, discarding remaining marinade. Grill or broil until no longer pink in the center, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Season with salt and serve.

I think the first one is the closest to take out.  Hope this helps.
