Does anyone have a good Vegan soup recipie?

one that is similar to a chicken noodle soup preferably

i have a few soup recipies, but im looking for something new since i lovee soups

  1. French Peasant Soup (Lower Fat Adaptation) Ingredients

    4 qt Water  1/2 bn Celery; chopped  

    12 oz Great northern beans; picked  1/4 c Chopped parsley  

    1 sm Onion; chopped  4 tb Olive oil; (optional)  

    8 Cloves garlic; minced  1 sm Head green cabbage; chopped  

    1/4 ts Dried thyme  5 md Potatoes; diced  

    1 Bay leaf  Salt to taste  

    1/4 ts Dried basil  1 ts Black pepper  

    6 Carrots; chopped  

    Instructions for French Peasant Soup (Lower Fat Adaptation)

    1. Bring water to a boil in a large covered pot. Add beans, reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 30 minutes, stirring frequently. 2. Add onion, garlic, olive oil, thyme, bay leaf, basil, carrots, celery, parsley and cabbage. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 11/2 hours, stirring frequently, until beans are nearly tender. 3. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Continue simmering 30 to 45 minutes, until beans are very soft and the soup is thick. Adjust seasonings to taste. Source: http://www.healthwell.com/naturalkitchen... The Health Well folks appear to have lightened her recipe: the only changes appear to be in the oil and butter. All else appears to have remained the same, practically word-for-word.     or here is a recipe for some:

    Ingredients:

    4 cups Vegetable Broth

    1 cup cooked noodles

    2 tbsp. chives

    1/4 c. cut up cooked carrots

    1 cup cut up pressed tofu

    Directions:

    Bring the veggie broth to a boil. Then add the tofu and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then add everything else and let it cook for 2 minutes. Finally, enjoy!
