does anyone have a good description of what blind eyes look like. or any pictures of visually imapired eyes preferably of children for my assignment.

They can look like anything: from undetectably norrmal, through to moving erratically but otherwise of normal appearance, to badly scarred and disfigured.  

It all depends on the history and the underlying conditionl  If it's due to nerves or the brain, the eye itself will be perfectly normal and healthy.
