  1. First clean your shower, and make sure you dry said shower after each use.  Then you need sunshine.  No baking, or burning, but moderate sunshine.  Sunshine aids the body in making Vitamin D.

Also people have had luck with a Listerine foot soak.  Plain.

  2. Tea tree oil, applecider vinegar, or create a solution of one part vinegar and four parts warm water. Soak the feet for half an hour twice daily.

Drying between each toe after bath or shower will not allow fungus to start.

  3. I buy extra virgin coconut oil; before he goes to bed, my husband rubs it onto his feet and then puts on a pair of no show socks.  His feet are 99.9% better now, plus they no longer stink!

  4. As far as I know, there are no home remedies for athlete's foot.  If you find out that there are some home remedies, please let me know.  Athlete's foot is a fungal infection, so you'll need an anti-fungal cream or spray that you can buy at any store such as Wal-Mart.  Follow the label directions, best of luck to you.

  5. I used Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence cream morning and night, also cleared the toe fungus I had.
