Does anyone have a good?

Question

I want to cycle to Cwmbran. But the problem is, the usual car way is along motorways. I can get to Newport by using quieter routes but then from Newport onwards, it is again Motorway. So i was hoping if anyone has a route that takes you to Cwmbran via either off road forestry routes or another type of route?

National Cycle Network route 46 appears to include Newport to Cwmbran (then continuing on to Blaenavon):
