  1. One can (8 oz) tomato sauce

Half a cup of orange juice

Half a cup of canola oil

    1 tablespoon parsley

    1/2 tablespoon oregano

    Dash salt

    Dash pepper

    A couple of peppercorns

This is more for chicken than anything else, though it's also good for pork; it's an excellent marinade!

  2. This is my fathers recipe for ribs but I also use it on my meatloaf and burgers. It's awesome! It tastes good on anything and its pretty easy to make.

    My Favorite BBQ Sauce:

    2 small cans tomato sauce

    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 onion chopped

    1 tablespoon dried parsley

    1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix all sauce ingredients together in bowl, set aside.

  3. BBQ SAUCE with GRAPE JELLY

1 (16 ounce) bottle of kraft barbecue sauce

1 (16 ounce) jar grape jelly (you will only use about 1/2 the jar)

In a saucepan, heat the Bottle of Kraft BBQ Sauce, add about 1/3 to 1/2 of the Grape Jelly and stir until it is completely dissolved.

You can add more jelly to get a sweeter and thicker sauce.
