My local grocery store stopped selling this; it is by Dale and Thomas. So I have been searching the internet and I've found plenty of peanut butter popcorn recipes but none containing white chocolate as well. So if any of you cooks out there have any recipes/advice I would greatly appreciate it!

  1. White Chocolate peanut butter popcorn

1 package of White Chocolate Almond bark

    4 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

3 packages of natural microwave popcorn (no butter)

    salt

Pop Popcorn following directions. Melt white chocolate in microwave. When chocolate is melted mix in peanut butter. In a very large bowl pour in popcorn and lightly salt. Then add chocolate/peanut butter mixture & toss. Lay mixture out on wax paper that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. You may also add peanuts to this.

    I hope this helps!!

  2. 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

    4 cups popped popcorn

    4 tablespoons rainbow colored sprinkles

    Lollipop sticks

Line 2 12-muffin muffin pans by placing a sheet of plastic wrap over the pan and pushing down into the cups slightly.

Over barely simmering water melt the chopped chocolate, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and carefully stir in the popcorn carefully to coat it evenly with melted chocolate. Working quickly, take off large spoonfuls of coated popcorn and form into a loose ball the size of a golf ball. Place it in the cup of the lined muffin pans to rest and sprinkle with the colored sprinkles. Insert a lollipop stick in the bottom and let it set up. To hasten the set-up, place them in the refrigerator. These can be wrapped in colored cellophane with twisted ends. Store at room temperature.
