Does anyone have a good virus blocker?

i think i have to many worms Trojans and other stuff

does anyone of a good free virus blocker or whatever you call it

to get rid of it

I like AVG 8 free. Just make sure you get the FULL free version and not the trial. Once you get it installed, just set it on the maximum detail level (I forget what the setting is actually called) and scan away. Once its done just move any infected items to the virus vault. Its really easy to use and does a great job for me.

P.S.

You might consider getting a registry scanner as well. If you think you have a virus just because the computer is running slow it might just be a bunch of registry errors. But a virus scanner is always good to have.
