I will do anything! I'm going on bipolar medication with side affects of weight gain for the first few months at least. I cannot afford to gain more weight! I'm 5'7" and range from a size 2-4. I will do anything to keep the weight off and preferably lose more. Thank you!

Oh, and each day I consume between 1,200-1,600 calories, and I exercise for 1 and a half to 2 hours a day. (1 hour-1 hour and 15 min. of cardio, 30 min of ab and thigh work or pilates, and 15 min. stretching)

  1. looks like you're doing fine. You didn't mentioned your weight

  2. your doing fine now, don't over do it before you give your self more problems, stick to what your doing now, you dont want to be anorexic

  3. keep being active and eat right

  4. Unless you're heading toward 8-10 country then you have nothing to worry about.

Just continue to exercise and if your appetite increases with the medication remember to eat foods without many calories like vegetables.

I found carrot sticks most helpful when I took appetite increasing medication.  Eat as many as you like but there are few calories.  Also include water in your diet as it is healthier than soda or other drinks.  It also helps to suppress hunger.
