Does anyone have a link where i can see what you have to do in each level of the red cross swim kids program?

yeah.. I'm going into level 9 of 10, I'm also helping with the coaching and stuff this year, and my sisters are in this program too. so i wanna help them out a little before the classes start. So yeah. if you could post a link, it would be great. BUT I dont' want the thing where it says like further refinement of stokes etc. I want like a list of things.. Please and thank you :)
