  1. No meat

it cant have like chicken broth or any spice containing meat fish or poultry either.

    vegetarians eat eggs.

vegans are the ones who dont eat eggs.

    its not just meat.

idky ppl think vegetarian means only no meat.

its meat, fish, and poultry. nothing with a face or once had one.

  3. I suppose you could google it.

But i do know of a good website call www.calorieking.com.au  they have recipes for vegeterians,it's mostly for people who want to lose weight.

EXCELLENT WEB SITE FOR PLANNING YOUR FOOD INTAKE.

  4. I have provided you with a link of a huuuge list of great vegan eating choices.

Vegetarians have it even easier. You can eat many things...just without meat. Most tofu in restaurants is good when mixed with other things and that will give you enough protein. As far as food on the go, you can get french fries or if you want a healthier choice, at Subway they have a 'Veggie delight' sandwich.

Pastas, spices and herbs are your best bet.

    :)

  5. That depends on what type you are, if you go vegan, you cannot eat any animal products at all, like cheese, milk, eggs, basically anything that has been made using something produced from an animal, but just a normal vegatarians will eat cheese eggs ect...

  6. Vegetarians eat no meat, eg. Beef, Pork, Chicken, fish basically no live food

Vegan is same as vegetarian but more extreme to the point of no animal products. eg milk, cheese, eggs  etc

Please don't forget to use vitamin supplement of iron and b12 if you decide to become one as the human body was not made to just eat vegies

  11. You can pretty much eat anything you want, just avoid all animal flesh, including poultry, game, fish, shellfish and crustacean, and slaughter by-products! The main foods include water and drinks, fruits especially berries, dried fruits, pears, bananas, tropical fruits, & watermelon, vegetables especially kelp, kale, dried nori, spirulina, peas, broccoli, potato (with peel), & dark-green leafy vegetables such as spinach, nuts (especially walnuts & almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, etc), beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc), seeds (especially flaxseeds, but also sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), soy products (tofu, TVP, tempeh, fortified soy milk, miso, etc.), pulses, whole grains, quinoa, seiten, nutritional yeast, cereals, chickpea, seaweed, lentils, wheat germ, & vegetable, hemp, and flaxseed oils.

  12. only a mental list and what a extremely stupid question.

  13. Some will eat cheese, drink milk, and eat eggs, while others will not touch anything that is connected in any way with an animal.

  14. Actually, it depends,

there are some vegetarians who eat fish,

and some vegetarians do not eat eggs (but do eat other dairy products)

cheese, however, is not always vegetarian.

Animal rennet is used in a lot of cheese.

Rennet comes from enzymes produced in the stomachs of calves.

here is a list of vegetarian cheeses:

  15. What kind of vegetarian do you mean???

For ovo vegetarian: EGGS, fruits, vegetables, soy products, beans, legumes, nuts, breads without milk....... food that does not contain meat, milk but does contain egg

For Lacto vegetarian: MILK, cheese, yogurt, other milk products, veggies, fruits, soy products, bean, legumes, rice, flour well anything that isnt meat and that doesnt contain any egg

For Lacto-ovo: milk, eggs, milk products, veggies, fruits, beans, legumes, rice, nuts etc except meat

Vegans: No meat and all products that does contain animal derivatives. white sugar, honey, gelatin, marshmallow etc shouldn't be eaten..

Also, fish shouldnt be eaten by a vegetarian.
