  1. Try the website. You can input social security number and all necessary info and get info. Call if necessary. remember, if youowe child support or did not have enough income you will not get.

  2. The three basic requirements to get the Stimulus Check were to file a tax return for 2007, have over $3,000.00 in income and not be claimed as a dependent on another persons return.  If you did not meet these requirements you did not qualify for the Stimulus Check.

If you did meet the three requirements then you should have received a check for at least the minimum $300.00 and a max of $600.00 depending on the amount of tax you paid on your return.  If you tax liability was equal to or less than $300.00 then you got $300.00

Visit the IRS web site at www.irs.gov and check "Where is my Stimulus Check"  This will tell you if the IRS has mailed the check or if there was a problem.  You can also call the IRS at (800) 829-1040 and ask but the wait on the phone is usually long.

If the IRS web site says that a check was mailed to you and you did not receive the check, download Form 3911 from the web site, in the forms section, write Stimulus across the top and mail it to the IRS Campus where you filed your return.

You did nt say when you filed your return.  If it was file in the last 6 to 8 weeks it is my guess the IRS has not completed the processing of your return and Stimulus Check.

    Hope this helps.
